Our Rates

Our rates are extremely straightforward. All administrative virtual assistant projects are billed on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. Our standard hourly rate is $30 per hour.

We also offer our services on retainer at discounted rates. These are prepaid packages. The hours are
non-refundable, but they can be used for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Bronze Package - 10 hours of work for $270, a 10% discount.
  • Silver Package - 25 hours of work for $600, a 20% discount.
  • Gold Package - 50 hours of work for $1,050, a 30% discount.

Payment
At this time, we accept payment via credit/ debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic checks via Paypal. For retainer packages we will also accept business or personal checks. Paypal payments may be sent to sales@dwofficesolutions.com. Virtual assistant projects over $200 require a 50% deposit.
