Officially, DW Office Solutions - Virtual Assistant Services was launched in March of 2006.  Dana Wallert, the sole proprietor, has worked in administrative and sales roles of increasing responsibility for over 10 years. She has also managed successful non-profit marketing campaigns and designed and managed many websites for small businesses. For the past year, she has been providing virtual  assistance on a freelance basis to various clients.
